Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not given unless under the following conditions:
1. Stool test results have not yet been registered on the Gut Balancing portal for creating your protocol. There is a window of time between when Biomesight test results become available and when your personalized protocol is created.
You have not yet mailed in your hair test kit.
